Placing an Order:

Ordering at FlyingTigerDeals.com is fast and secure using Paypal. As you navigate around our Web site and see collectibles you wish to purchase, simply click on the "add to cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart. After you put an item in your shopping cart, you can proceed to checkout to complete your purchase, continue shopping or visit any other part of FlyingTigerDeals.com. Follow the easy instructions on screen. Remember you can cancel your order at any point by taking items out of the shopping cart or by simply not proceeding to checkout. To complete your purchase at any time, simply click on the checkout button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration and/or checkout process. After registering for the first time, you won't have to re-enter your personal information. FlyingTigerDeals.com will send an order confirmation e-mail to you soon after receiving your order. Another email will be sent to you when each of the collectibles you ordered has been shipped.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

A Shipping & Handling charge is applied to each order.  Shipping & Handling charges are calculated according to the chart below.  All items will be shipped Priority USPS or Parcel Post depending on location and the total weight of the order :

Expedited shipment is available via USPS Express Mail.  For delivery on the second business day add $13.95 per address to your standard shipping charge.

State Sales Tax:

The Franklin Mint is a registered business in many states. It is required by law to collect sales taxes in all states that have a "sales and use" tax. All orders will be charged the applicable state sales tax, based on the shipping address. The applicable sales tax charges will be listed during the checkout process.
 

OUR GUARANTEES AND POLICIES

Shipping Policies and Delivery Times:

All orders, for in-stock items, will be processed and shipped within ten business days. Orders are subject to credit approval and product availability.  All items are individually shipped and may not arrive on the same day. Standard shipping and handling charges are applicable to addresses in the continental United States only. Shipments to addresses outside of the continental US will require additional charges.

Priority Shipping via Federal Express is available for an additional charge. Please allow 2 days for Fed Ex delivery from the time the item ships. Fed Ex is not available for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories. Fed Ex is not available for P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.
 

International Orders
Orders placed through FlyingTigerDeals.com can only be shipped to addresses within the United States and United States territories at this time.  If you would like to place an International order please email our sales staff and they will persoanlly assist your international order or visit our EBay store.
