Sales Terms and Conditions:

All purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions ("Sales Terms and Conditions"). Your order submission will signify acceptance of the following Sales Terms and Conditions.
 

Satisfaction Guarantee/Returns
You may return your Flying Tiger Deals purchase within 30 days of receipt of purchase for replacement, credit or refund of the purchase price. To return a purchase, please follow these simple instructions, which are also printed on the shipping document that came with your order:

1. To expedite the handling of your return, please complete the information form attached to your shipping document, providing the reason for return and the action to be taken.

2. Detach the return form with your completed instructions and enclose it with the item to be returned in the original package. Carefully repack and seal the package tightly.

3. Return the package to us by UPS or Parcel Post. To ensure delivery, please use the pre-printed label provided in the upper right hand corner of the return information form attached to your shipping document.

4. If you are missing the enclosed label, our address is "Flying Tiger Deals, Attention: Collector Returns, 1170 Grove Park St, Henderson, NV 89002".

5. Once we receive your return, your credit card account will be credited for any payments you may have made toward your purchase.
 

Pricing
The pricing shown on the product pages is in US dollars. The total cost of your order is equal to the price of your selected items plus shipping and handling, and applicable taxes. If the item you are ordering is part of a collection, the price stated is only for the first item in the series – not the entire collection. The shipping and handling charges for each product is shown on the corresponding product detail page. Your applicable taxes and handling charges will be listed during the checkout process, prior to completing the transaction. Of course, we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order.
 

Credit Card Information
All purchases at FlyingTigerDeals.com require a valid credit card or Paypal account. All transactions are processed in real time. You will receive on screen confirmation that your transaction was/was not processed successfully. We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
 

Errors
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. In the event of an error, we will notify you in advance of shipment of your purchase. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order or canceling it within the time period stated in the notice. If we do not receive your response within the stated time period, your order will be canceled.
 

International Orders
Orders placed through FlyingTigerDeals.com can only be shipped to addresses within the United States and United States territories at this time.  If you would like to place an International order please email our sales staff and they will persoanlly assist your international order or visit our EBay store.
